The Autumn Equinox, Libra Season,Full Moon In Aries – Full Emotions And Balancing It All!

Can you feel the energy build up?

Calm, slow, simmer, boil, release…..this is what the next few weeks will feel like!

Libra season begins officially as of Saturday, 9/22.

Libra is an Air Sign that is all about balance, order, fairness and equality.  Doing the right thing above all else is highlighted under Libra energy.

We are also entering the time of the Autumn Equinox, which is the same day the Sun enters Libra, 9/22.  This Equinox is all about, you guessed it, balance and equality in all areas.

At this time of year, there is an equal amount of darkness and light for the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.

Consequently, on the soul level, there is an equal amount of darkness and light.  The darkness is not negative by any means, it is simply the shadow side, the Moon, the side that is eclipsed by the light, the side that may be kept hidden even from ourselves.

Our conscious and our sub-conscious are working together to help us to integrate it all; to bring forth what needs to come to the surface and to release.

Dreams are a huge part of this, so be sure to write them down if/when you remember them.

The leaves change colors and release from the trees at this time of year reminding us that “there is a season turn, turn, turn”.  Change is inevitable, but true beauty and richness come from change.

Everything is connected and timelines are no mistake, everything is working together with perfect accordance to the universe.

There is also a very charged, fiery Full Moon in Aries on Monday, 9/24.  What speaks to your heart?  Are you honoring your feelings?

If you have the Sun, Moon or Ascendant in Aries, or any of the other Cardinal signs (Cancer, Libra, Capricorn) you will be feeling this energy that much more.

Full Moons are a time where the Sun (body) is opposite the Moon (soul).  This highlights the polarities in our lives, and we may feel a tug-of-war between our head and our hearts.

The conscious and the unconscious are sparring for our attention at this time.

Full Moons are surges of energy, energy that can sometimes hit us like a ton of bricks, and take us down when we least expect it.  Think about crying for no apparent reason, disrupted sleep patterns, irritability, and even extreme giddiness.

This Aries Full Moon can bring about some feelings of loneliness and/or depression, as our soul brings forth painful past memories and experiences.

Planet Saturn and Chiron are responsible for this, working with this Full Moon.  Saturn wants us to learn through experience and responsibility, while Chiron wants us to remember our feelings of unworthiness no matter how minor, feel them and ultimately, heal.

We long to forget certain things, but with this strong energy it becomes near impossible to ignore what comes up.

If you are already feeling low, take care and watch your physical and mental health more closely now.  Awareness is half the battle!  Talk things through with a trusted friend or counselor.  There is always someone that is happy to be there for you!
