Tributes To Our Loved Ones In Spirit/Remembrance
Holiday season is the hardest when it comes to grieving our loved ones. Although they are no longer physically with us, they are still here in spirit. These tokens of love can be gifted to others, or purchased for yourself.
One of my favorites in keeping our loved ones alive and to remind us that every time we look to the sky, they are shining down on us…name a star after them.
These are worth the $ and if you are on the fence….you can sit, recline and even sleep in these!

As a form of therapy for myself, I discovered Drumming circles years ago and became hooked. There is something very cathartic and releasing about the vibrations of the drums. Sound healing is an absolute amazing healing modality for adults, children and animals. It does not take much to learn this little drum!
If you need more reassurance before purchasing, recent research indicates that drumming accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system, and assists in releasing emotional trauma. Drumming has a positive effect on anxiety, grief, fatigue, depression and behavioral issues.

For Deeper Self-Analysis And ‘Shadow Work’/ Healing
I am sure you have heard about grounding or earthing. I talk about this often, and it is a daily routine for me. Grounding does just what it sounds like: it connects you to the earth, grounding you and bringing you back into your body.
While grounding outside in the actual earth is ideal, (and I highly recommend it) realistically, it’s easier to use a grounding pad. There are plenty of options out there, and some you can even sleep with.
I could NOT actually leave out one of my favorite things in the world…Crystal Healing/Jewelry! If you know me, you know I love my stones.
Quality, authenticity, beautiful accessory pieces and healing….most importantly, made with love and we need to support our small businesses.
Tip : be sure to take note and look up the meanings of the stones AFTER you choose for even more insight! You will find that the stones choose you 😉.
