Saturday 8/11 as of 5:46 AM EST, we have a New Moon/Partial Solar Eclipse in the sign of the heart, Leo.
New Moons represent new beginnings.
A New Moon marks the beginning of the lunar cycle, the movement of the moon through its different phases.
It is also a time of initiation, fresh energy and manifestation. It is a great time for a new start, a time to begin projects of all kinds.
The Sun aligns with the Moon in the sky when it’s a New Moon.
A Partial Solar Eclipse is a New Moon, just extra potent as the Moon darkens a large part of the Sun during a Solar Eclipse.
This is a wonderful time to get moving on new beginnings, whether actual or just in the form of ideas. This is a time of abundance and creativity but not without our fair share of self-reflection and contemplation.
Important to mention this is a North Node Eclipse, meaning it’s all about the future, moving towards our purpose.
Since this New Moon/ Partial Solar Eclipse is in the sign of Leo the performer, ask yourself: where can I step up and show up stronger? What message(s) do I need to share? Where do I shine, and is it time to take center stage?
Just like the shadow of the Moon reflects off of the water, our own heart, our emotions, are reflecting back to us that which we need to see, hear and feel.
This is an emotional and creative time for sure. A mixed bag of challenging, yet very rewarding ideas, conversations and ‘Aha’ moments.
Physically, emotionally and spiritually we are shifting. Six planets are Retrograde at the moment, propelling us forward, yet holding us back at the same time. Everyone is feeling this energy to some degree.
