Wednesday 10/24 as of 12:45 PM EST, we have a Full Moon in the sign of the Bull, Taurus.

This is an extremely potent Moon as it is at 1 degree of Taurus.

If you are a Taurus, a Taurus Rising or your Moon sign is Taurus, this energy will be felt very strongly.  Also if you are a fellow fixed Sun Sign such as Leo, Scorpio or Aquarius this will feel very impactful.

Full Moons are a time where the Sun (body) is opposite the Moon (soul) in the sky.  This highlights the polarities in our lives, and we may feel a tug-of-war between our head and our hearts.

When the Moon is full, there are literal surges of energy, energy that can sometimes hit us like a ton of bricks, and take us down when we least expect it.  Think about crying for no apparent reason, disrupted sleep patterns, irritability, and even extreme giddiness.

Full Moons are a time of culmination and release.

The Moon rules the subconscious, that which is concealed beneath the surface.

While the Moon is in Taurus right now, the Sun is in the opposite sign- Scorpio.  What the Sun illuminates, the Moon camoflauges.

Scorpio likes to uncover, wants to dig deep beneath the surface to kick everything up and get to the truth of the matter.  Scorpio’s ultimate goal is liberation and rebirth at all costs.

Taurus on the other hand, well, change is not their favorite.   Taurus prefers the tried and true, slow and methodical results without too many surprises or ‘shake-ups’ along the way.

With planet Uranus sitting so close to this Full Moon, and the fact that Uranus is also in Taurus,  ‘shake-ups’ might not be able to be avoided!  This can be a good thing!

Our value systems are the focus right now, our resources and our relationships.

Are we comfortable?  Do we have enough?  Are we feeling well cared for?  Nurtured?  Is there more we can do to feel secure?

Change is the name of the game, and our relationships is where we will feel this the most.  Expect the unexpected over these next few weeks.

Venus is still retrograde until 11/16, really emphasizing the connections in our lives.  The ones that can strengthen and endure over time (Taurus), and the ones that are more superficial and/or, outdated and may need to be severed so new ones can come alive (Scorpio).

Be sure to energetically release that which is no longer working for you under this potent energy, and plant the seeds for the next New Moon on 11/7.  Get ready to manifest what your soul is calling for, whatever that may be.
